Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the terms described below. If you have any questions before commissioning, I will be happy to clarify them.


✧ Requirements> Commissions are available only to clients who are 18 years of age or older.
> I reserve the right to decline any commission that exceeds my capabilities or makes me uncomfortable, without obligation to provide further explanation.


✧ Process & Delivery Time> The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 months, depending on complexity, my current queue, and personal circumstances.
> You may check your position in the commission queue at any time.
> You will receive progress updates throughout the process.
> I work with dedication and as quick as I can but the quality of the final result and my well-being are always a priority.


✧ Payments> I currently accept payments exclusively via PayPal invoice.
> Once its your turn on queue and I'm ready to start your commission, I will wait for your confirmation before sending the invoice.
> Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice:
→ If this is our first time working together, full payment is required upfront before I begin your commission.
→If we have worked together previously, full payment must be completed once the sketch has been approved.
>The base price may increase depending on complexity and requested extras.


✧ Changes & Revisions> During the sketch phase, you may request adjustments at no additional cost.
> Major changes or modifications at later stages may incur additional fees.
> As an artist, my style and skills naturally evolve over time. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that your artwork will reflect my artistic level and style at the time it is created.
> Previous commissions will not be redrawn, updated, or revised free of charge due to artistic growth or stylistic changes. Any substantial recreation will be treated as a new commission and priced accordingly.


✧ Refunds> Refunds are not available once work has begun.
> Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission due to circumstances on my end.


✧ Usage Rights> Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
> Proper credit must be given whenever the artwork is shared.
> You may not alter, modify, edit, or trace the artwork without my explicit permission.
> It is strictly prohibited to use my illustrations for:
→ Artificial intelligence training
→ NFTs
→ Blockchain-related purposes
→ Any commercial or profit-generating use


Under no circumstances do I authorize the use of my work in artificial intelligence systems.


✧ Content, Consent & Representation> All artworks created represent fictional scenarios between adult characters.
> By commissioning a piece, you confirm that any character involved is 18 years of age or older within the artistic representation.
> The dynamics depicted in my illustrations are consensual within the context of fiction. I do not promote or endorse real-life abuse, coercion, or non-consensual activities.
> The client is responsible for ensuring that all descriptions, references, and requested characters comply with these conditions.
> Furthermore, the client declares that they have the necessary rights to request the use of any original character (OC) or reference material provided, and agrees that any third-party claims arising from the requested content shall be their sole responsibility.
> I reserve the right to refuse any request that violates these conditions.
